Each plan will begin with a wellness consultation exploring your goals, lifestyle, stress level, movement preferences, skincare needs and nutritional interests. You will then receive a personalized energy healing session to calm your nervous system and allow your neurons to fire in a correct sequence.
In your second session, you will receive information regarding the benefits of massage and a therapeutic massage session incorporating various wellness modalities depending on your plan choice.
The third session will be a casual discussion about your nutrition and wellness needs, with a suggestions regarding a plan of action. A grounding session will also be included.
Session four is all about fun, where movement is incorporated through various methods that are appealing to you. Each plan emphasizes a different style of movement.
The next session, number five, is about sound and how it affects your body – mind - spirit. This will include a sound therapy session utilizing various modes of frequency and vibration.
The last session in this series revolves around skincare with a customized skincare treatment utilizing various techniques and modalities, depending on your personal plan choice.
